STEcommerce was formed in 2018 with its primary focus on the Oracle R12 contract market in mind. Since then it has branched out joining security service staff at UK racing and events and carnival and other social occasions. Looking forward STEcommerce LTD is in the preparation stages of development and deployment of two e-commerce stores. One for dropshipping and the second for on premises held stock.
Oracle ERP Business Analysis
Provides project and operational
service to EMEA. This includes SIT & UAT testing services, implementation projects
and application technology with varying instances of Oracle EBS R12 & legacy
installations supplemented with technical focus on process improvements to best
leverage the Oracle EBS toolset.
- Business Analyst experience with full life cycle Oracle Projects implementation
- Extensive functional experience of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 to Finance module
- Experience of end user application support & training

- Full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through to implementation
- Functional support to users following standard business processes and procedures
- Providing key operational E-Business Solutions to the benefit of the business
- Helping businesses exploit Oracle functionality and related technologies
- Identify problems and taking action to address root causes to minimise disruption
- Develop system reporting solution design, manuals, minutes and project reporting
- Support decommissioning of Legacy applications
Cost & Revenue Accounting
Supporting the Finance Manager in providing financial reporting, information and advice to the department stakeholders, business unit managers, project managers and company directors.
Supporting the Program Directors, Portfolio Leaders and Project Managers with budget preparation, forecasting, project budget and contract invoice management and financial and client reporting.
Provide monthly management reporting on the financial performance of projects, portfolios, programs and individuals.
Support the accurate reflection of program financial elements in the statutory accounts through monthly checking and review of project P&Ls and working with the Financial Accounting team.
Delivering accurate and consistent reporting information to meet the needs of the Revenue Stakeholders, Project Managers and Finance Directors within the required timescales.
Working with the Project Managers and Program Finance Manager to monitor the financial performance of the projects and provide monthly analysis on project performance.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes ensuring accurate financial performance information on the WIP & LTC statements. Such as through Project Financial Review packs and meetings minutes.
Initiating continual review & improvement of processes and procedures ensuring that the financial control requirements are relevant and are met. Facilitate where requested with internal or Statutory Audits.
Data Analysis & Reporting Tools
ORACLE versions 11i & R12c with Fusion HR, EBS & OTL, Concur, Hyperion SmartView, Discoverer, Blackline, Monarch, Noetix, HPQC.
- Experienced in project module implementation with a record of delivering and proactively applying system knowledge & skills to produce standardized business reporting currency and efficiencies.
- Demonstrates providing high quality operational problem-solving support, functionality, SIT & UAT testing, report development solutions, user training & change request management. Oracle R12 Advanced collections and Cash Management deployment and user acceptance testing.
- Experienced in technical upgrades from legacy Oracle versions to version 12.2 with extensive system integration testing and reporting.
- Implementation of new operating units with PA, AR, AP & G/L fully setup and tested with new and complex accounting, reporting and requirements.
- Design client specific consolidated & global billing solutions.
- Confident at all stakeholder levels of an organisation developing strong and lasting internal relationships at all levels with the aim of providing a robust service for Project Managers, Country Accountants, Country Managers and Finance Directors.
- Specialist in Project Billing, Intercompany cross-charging, Costing, Project Management, Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) and Project Reporting including borrowed & lent.
- Project managed the functional configuration of PA including: Organization Hierarchy & Operating unit Costing & Billing options.
- PA implementation, Banking, Billing, AP & AR function.
- Project creation, fund allocation, hours and revenue budget creation with forecast updates.
- Supporting & Training EMEA end user billing team members to ensure a high standing of competence.
- Identify and Problem solve Stuck batches and batch ID processing to full resolution for OTL(time) PA, AR and GL.
- Month end Invoice v Revenue procedures & processes to PA accounting period closure.
